Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

With all tags attached

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags.

To initiate a return, email us at info@leoswm.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your swimwear upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@leoswm.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, we recommend completing a return and placing a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email us at info@leoswm.com.
