At Leo Swim, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all tags attached
  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or removal of tags.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@leoswm.com with your order details. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your swimwear upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@leoswm.com so we can make it right.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom orders or personalized pieces

Exchanges

We’re happy to accommodate exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at info@leoswm.com with your order details.

We provide one complimentary prepaid shipping label per order, which may be used for your initial return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with any additional returns or exchanges from the same order.

European Union Customers

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, no reason required. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email us at info@leoswm.com.
